Be Careful is part of the project Is This Modern Society?, a long-term, art-social initiative aiming to inspire personal reflection and raise awareness about how our societies develop, with a specific focus on our balance with digital technologies.
The project is divided into 4 elements: murals, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences. It is supported by several social scientists around the globe. It started in 2016 and it has touched base in 17 countries and 4 continents.
Jupiterfab is an Italian multimedia artist residing in Mexico. In his art, he exaggerates and sometimes deforms his characters to reveal the fragility behind our masks.
He has collaborated with institutions such as Can Felipa Art Center (Spain), the Mexican Center for National Arts, UNHCR, and Vanderbilt University to name a few.
