Stella Wiemann is a multidisciplinary artist from Germany working in both performative and visual arts.
Her main interest lies in the human body and its emotional expression. After completing her acting studies in Austria, she conducted research in dance and painting, exploring how this expression becomes universally readable even without words.

During her residency at GlogauAIR, Wiemann focuses on the experience of loneliness within the LGBTQIA+ community, using oil painting as her medium of choice. Her research delves into the complexities of loneliness in the journey of self-discovery and coming out, addressing challenges such as feelings of shame, fear, and rejection.
