Statement
My practice explores the intersections of neurodivergence, memory, and solitude through large-scale painting and immersive visual language. Rooted in personal experience, my work investigates the tension between isolation and connection, perception and distortion, using abstraction to navigate the fragmented nature of identity. As a self-taught painter with a background in film, I merge cinematic composition with gestural intensity, creating psychological landscapes that embody internal chaos and resilience. Influenced by my mother and grandmother, my work reflects themes of inheritance, emotional displacement, and unspoken histories, weaving personal and collective memory into fragmented forms.
