This project can be described as a story I tell about the melancholy Morgane Goblet feels in Berlin.
What is melancholy? It is a feeling of vague and sweet sadness, in which one indulges, and which encourages disenchanted reverie and meditation (a poetic and literary theme dear to the pre-Romantics and Romantics). The ritual of life in Berlin is like living in the feeling of melancholy: finding beauty in sadness, feeling how sadness can be beautiful and also experiencing how the sadness of beauty can be deceptive. To feel the passing of time and not to control it. Berlin for me is also a city where everything goes fast, but the spirit is to take the beauty from everything and let it go easily. To find it again somewhere and to appreciate it: the landscape, the streets, the people, and the spirit of freedom all came and go.
