Statement
I recognize my work as evidence of my existence. It stems from the things that interest me and how I relate to them.
I approach my artistic practice through walking and the constant, active observation of my surroundings. As a result, pieces emerge that incorporate my space as both a formal and material reference.
On the paths I travel, I find the key elements that give shape to my work. Through material relationships and observed events, I compose and extract guidelines for decision-making regarding my process and my pieces.
In the creation process, there is a strong emphasis on testing and rehearsing, allowing space for mistakes, whims, intuition, and play, with material exploration as the central axis.
