Meet the On-line Artists // Shannon Castor & Duaa Bilbeisi
Duaa Bilbeisi and Shannon Castor, are an artist duo from Jordan and the United States who navigate through painting. They draw inspiration from expressionism and fauvism to explore themes of fear, anxiety, healing, and emotional release. Working together, they respond to prompts with bold colors and strong lines, creating artworks that reflect their interior landscapes and subconscious psyche.
During their residency at GlogauAIR, they want to develop an art book documenting their collaborative journey, aiming to inspire others to use art as a tool for healing and spreading the peace that artistic collaboration between friends can give.
