Eva Busch Verni is a multidisciplinary artist from Chile, currently based in Berlin. Her creative practice spans drawing, sculpture, photography, writing, and time-based media, with a consistent focus on sensitive experience and hands-on experimentation with materials.

Busch Verni’s approach to artmaking is playful, exploratory and guided by the principles of meditation in its broadest sense. Her work explores themes of fluidity, ephemerality, eroticism and the body’s relationship with its surroundings, often highlighting traces, imprints and arbitrary details that may go unnoticed in their quietness.

Her current project at GlogauAIR investigates visual contrasts between presence and absence, light and shadow, transparency and opacity, delving into the symbolism of hands, skin, and porous boundaries. She works with various materials such as liquid latex, charcoal, chalk, and found objects.
