EMPTY SPACE does not intend to offer anything. Not as a strategy, but because there is nothing to offer. A phrase in a showcase: neither allegory nor manifesto, just a blank sign within a system oversaturated with signs.
Not every project needs to be concluded. Not every process must be delivered as an aesthetic commodity. EMPTY SPACE occupies the in-between — the pause between producing and justifying. It refuses to meet the expectations of a symbolic economy that demands constant content, even when there is nothing left to say.

There is no metaphor. No layers. No visual clickbait. Just emptiness. An emptiness that does not represent — it is. After Berlin’s Gallery Weekend, after dozens of spaces competing for attention, discourse, market share, and spectacle, all that remains is exhaustion. Overproduction has replaced critical thinking. I feel anesthetized — drowned in prepackaged discourse and disembodied signs.

In a world where art risks becoming an infinite scroll, EMPTY SPACE does not aim to resolve anything. It is a minor glitch. A space as empty as the system that contains it.
