Mimi Youn reconstructs memory, time and spaces using photographs that she has been collecting. At GlogauAIR she is collecting various old photos and postcards from Berlin of the time of Germany’s separation. She reconstructs and reinterprets images and stories through historical research and her imagination to create photo collages.
