‘If I am what I have and I lose it, what will I be then?’ E. Fromm, 2025 Acrylic imprints on plywood
76 x 170 cm
The work consists of a series of imprints of the artist’s body. Her silhouettes seem to be chasing one another, trying to catch the one in front of them. In her works, Jechna often reflects on human purpose and our need to get more and become more – which doesn’t necessarily mean being more fulfilled.
