A book about feeling, creativity, and the courage to become ourselves.

Freude ist Wandel explores a question that continues to shape my artistic practice: How do we reconnect with our own perception, and how can what we experience within us become a living expression in the world?

Drawing on psychology, personal experience, nature, and spiritual perspectives, the book reflects on the ways early experiences, inherited patterns, and the demands of everyday life can distance us from our own feelings and inner resources. It invites readers to become curious about what they perceive, what belongs to them, and what may be ready to change.

Creativity is central to this journey. Writing, painting, movement, and other forms of expression offer ways to give shape to experiences that cannot always be explained through words. The book understands transformation not simply as an inner realization, but as a process that can gradually become visible through our choices, relationships, and creative actions.

Its deeper intention is self-empowerment: to support people in developing trust in their own perception rather than becoming dependent on external answers.

My current paintings can be understood as a continuation of this inquiry. Where the book explores these questions through language, the artworks allow them to emerge through colour, form, and intuitive processes. The exhibition invites visitors to encounter this movement for themselves — and perhaps to discover something of their own inner world in the process.
