During her time at GlogauAIR, Emma Todd has been exploring elements of tactility to layer into installations as part of her broader investigation into the capacities of a phenomenologically oriented approach to artmaking and sensorial interactivity in art viewership. Through building this spatially and sensorially immersive structure that considers opportunities for subjective experiences of welcomeness and comfort, this piece marks her exploration into how video might function as a kinetic texture for inviting dynamic interaction in combination with plush materiality and playful form.
