PerspAKTIV is a residency and cultural exchange project, which aims to give repressed Belarusian artists and cultural workers a safe space to express themselves artistically offering residencies in Germany and Poland.

It’s a growing network of cultural institutions supporting Belarusian artists and cultural workers.
The project PerspAKTIV is implemented by RAZAM, Ambasada Kultury and IN SITU with financial support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
