Project Space
GlogauAIR is seeking letters of interest and inquiry for art projects, exhibitions, and public events for the following year. We invite artists, curators, cultural producers and community members to submit proposals for workshops, classes, training or co-working sessions, meetings, photo or film shootings, pop up exhibitions and screenings.
GlogauAIR is particularly interested in curated exhibitions that display thoughtful conceptual and theoretical frameworks, that inspire dialogue within the larger artworld or represent important innovation within the field, and dynamic projects that create space for conversation across disciplines and communities.
Before continuing please note that GlogauAIR provides the Project Space to professionals on a rental basis. This means that there will be a rental fee to be assumed by the artists/collective and in exchange, GlogauAIR will provide the space and use of the materials we have available. In these cases, GlogauAIR is the host of the event but not the organizer nor curator of the event. Additional support and services such as technical support, documentation, curatorial advice, or communication and graphic design are available to be booked in advance for an additional fee.
About the Space
The GlogauAIR Project Space provides a platform for cultural discussion and artistic dialogue within the cultural heart of Berlin. The Project Space is 150 square meters large with white wooden floors, high ceilings, large street-facing windows with natural lighting, and a strong DSL connection. It is divided into four different rooms that can be used separately or combined for larger events and exhibitions.
The space includes a fully equipped kitchen and two toilets. There is also the possibility of using our spacious garden, which is perfect for outdoors events.
GlogauAIR is located in the neighbourhood of Kreuzberg, which has plenty of free street parking, cafes, restaurants and green areas. It is also conveniently located close to public transportation.

Please note that letters of inquiry are accepted on a rolling basis, however, we ask that they are submitted at least two months before the desired dates to facilitate both parts of the process of planning the event.
Prices
Please note that weekly bookings are given priority. Rates are subject to change. Valid as of January 2023.

The weekly rent for the space is 1375,00 €, depending on the event there can be additional costs.
No VAT will be added because we are a non-profit. Additional equipment and services may be booked separately. GlogauAIR is a non-profit organization and all revenue goes directly to support our artistic and creative community programming.
We are proud to support non-commercial cultural and artistic projects. Discounts may be available for multiple weeks, other non-profit organizations, students and GlogauAIR alumni. Get in touch with us to find out more.
