MARCOS KAISER MORI

Brazil 1974

Marcos Kaiser Mori (born Sao Paulo 1974) has a Master’s degree in Music Technology (London Metropolitan University, 2011) and graduated in Fine Arts-sculpture (Sao Paulo University, 2008), having previously studied music at the same institution. In his work, mainly based on sculpture and installation, the transformations inflicted on objects by time, corruption or conceptual shifting are central interests. Regarding the choice of materials prefers those that bring along a historical or symbolic component. Among other activities, exhibited works in collective shows in France, England and Brazil, and attended an artistic residency of one year at The Sir John Cass School of Art, London Metropolitan University
