Yemen 1987

While his work is often engaged in social and political issues within Muslim conservative societies, Ibi Ibrahim marks new territories through his latest work of conceptual photography and paintings. During his time at GlogauAir, Ibrahim aims to continue his experimental attempts in conceptual photography in addition to using the Yemeni coffee product as a mean to comment on the economical decline of Coffee production in Yemen; the place where Coffee was originally discovered in the 15th century.
